The Paste New Object command creates a new file out of the cells you selected in the Exposure Sheet or Timeline window, exposes it and displays the content in the selected frame.
To activate this command:
Select Edit > Paste New Object.
Press [Command]+[Shift]+[V], the default keyboard shortcut.
